Re: General Subsidiary 2 Limited (in Administration) company number 12176172, General Consolidated Limited (in Administration) company number 09518135 and OREX Consultancy Limited (in Administration) company number 09345717 (together the Companies)

  1. Nicholas Barnett the Administrator of the Companies wishes to notify any interested parties that on 21 May 2024,  following an application brought by Mr. Barnett for directions (and other applications) in proceedings numbered CR-2022-001237; CR-2022-001196; CR-2022-001197 (the Proceedings), Chief ICC Judge Briggs made an Order in the Business & Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency & Companies List  in relation to the holding of a hearing (Substantive Hearing).
  • The Substantive Hearing is being held to determine the entity or person(s) with an economic interest in the Companies and who are ultimately entitled to the funds currently held by Mr Barnett derived from and following the collection of the loan book of the Companies (Issue).
  • Any parties who are interested in the Issue, and who wish to file evidence and participate in the Substantive Hearing, must apply to Court to be joined in the Proceedings, (and at the same time give notice to Mr Barnett by email at [email protected]). Such an application must be made before the later of 4pm (i) on 1 July 2024; or (ii) 21 days of the date of this advert appearing in the London Gazette.
